Indynamics Consulting Ltd. is a management consulting firm that helps clients to define and implement strategic change. We work with organizations to identify and assess strategic opportunities, craft strategy, refine their business model, and implement the core capabilities they require to achieve their strategic objectives.

Indynamics was incorporated early in 2003 to bring together the existing management consulting practices of the principals, and their network of associates. Our consultants have consulted widely to private sector, public sector and non-profit organizations -- in Canada, the United States, South America, Asia and Europe. All are experienced senior practitioners, who have led major transformational change.

Based on our experience with clients, and the latest management thinking, we have developed a rigorous approach for developing strategy, implementing change, and creating value for our clients and their stakeholders.

We use scenarios when we work with clients, to identify strategic opportunities and clarify their options. Our associate company -- Global Vision Consulting Ltd. -- develops strategic foresight, and provides advice on business and technology trends.

When helping to implement strategic change, we focus on the 'end game' -- using outcome mapping to clearly define the targeted strategic outcomes, and identify the numerous business changes that will be required to achieve them. The outcome map explicitly defines all of the required change initiatives, identifies the business outcomes they produce, and shows how these initial outcomes combine in turn to create others, triggering a chain of cause and effect that leads from the implementation of new business capabilities to success in realizing the desired stategy.
